Metastasis is the dissemination of cancer cells to distant organs: bone, liver, and lung being the most common sites of metastasis. The lack of in-vitro models that recapitulate the tissue-specific extracellular matrix (ECM) in metastatic sites presents a significant barrier for better understanding the mechanisms driving tumor colonization and consequently to developing drugs that effectively treat metastatic disease.

In this webinar we present the IN SITE™ Metastasis Kit, which contains tissue-specific bone, liver, and lung ECMs, as an in-vitro tool that enables physiologically-relevant studies of metastasis as well as accelerates drug development efforts.
